Advertise in the Pennsylvania Military Veterans Band concert program

The Pennsylvania Military Veterans Band unites veteran musicians from across the Commonwealth to honor our nation’s heroes through music—Still Serving Through Music. By advertising in our concert program, your business reaches a dedicated community audience and directly supports our mission.

Our inaugural Veterans Band Concert Event will be held on November 14-15, 2026, at West York High School. Join us as a program advertiser or sponsor and be recognized for your support of veterans and the arts.

Artwork Specs

• Accepted formats: PDF (preferred), PNG, or JPG

• Resolution: 300 dpi minimum; color profile: CMYK or sRGB

• Keep text/logos at least 0.25" inside the edge (safe margin)

• Light resizing for fit included; full design services available upon request

• Email the completed form and your print-ready artwork to pamilitaryveteransband@gmail.com.

• Send payment by check (payable to Pennsylvania Military Veterans Band)

• Deadline: October 15, 2025 (to guarantee inclusion in the printed program).

• We reserve the right to adjust sizing for fit/consistency. Placement is based on tier and date received.

• Cancellations/refunds are not available after the print deadline.
